We will focus on movement, balance, posture, agility, and proprioception.
Kristin studied for four years under three of Moshe Feldenkrais' original students, and his apprentices Russel and Linda Delman as well as Alan Questel. She continues to participate annually in advanced trainings and has been a practitioner for nine years. People of all ages and levels can benefit from these lessons. Drop-ins are welcome. Private session are available. The feldenkrais method is for anyone who wants to reconnect with their natural abilities to move. Whether you want to be more comfortable sitting at your computer, playing with your children and grand children, or performing a favorite pastime, such as golf or dancing, these gentle lessons can improve your performance and well-being. Results are often better breathing, better digestion, more restful sleep, improved mood and mental alertness, increased energy, increased flexibility, better range of movement, as well as fewer head, neck, and back-aches.
